Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on orders over ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.
• Any additional charges like duties or taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid delays. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Times

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment online.
• Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Delays

• While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for how to collect your package. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
