Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for damaged or wrong products only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it— unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with a compulsory video of opening the packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect and record a video while opening your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process it.
